Paramount Personnel are looking for a Head Pastry Chef for a superb 1AA Rosette restaurant thats within a luxury hotel in gorgeous Devon.
The restaurant serves high quality food using locally sourced ingredients and is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Head Pastry Chef for an immediate start. You will have a proven background in a professional kitchen and will be looking for your next challenge and team to manage.
The successful Head Pastry Chef will already have solid experience of working within a fine dining establishment preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
You will first and foremost have a passion for pastry, be extremely hard working and will bring with you ideas to enhance their current offering. 1AA Rosette minimum skills are essential, but the most important ingredient is a passion for pastry and the kitchen!! Live in accommodation is available.
