The role of Assistant Manager requires a person who will support the General manager in the day to day running of the restaurant operation, this will include stock control and ordering, staff training and supervision including adhering to specific company standards. The Assistant manager that takes on this role will receive an annual salary in the region of £22,000 - £28,000 dependant upon experience as well as a managerial bonus of up to £4,000, other company benefits and a fantastic career opportunity.
