This popular hotel located in the seaside resort of Lyme Regis is looking for an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to join their team. The Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager will be reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager and assisting with the running of a busy restaurant and bar. Duties will include managing a team of staff, which will include some training and development of the team, ensuring that all guests receive the best possible service and taking/serving food and beverage orders. You will be required to work approximately 40-45 hours per week, which will include some split shifts, evenings and weekends. Our client is offering a salary of up to £18,000 per annum with a share of tips and live in accommodation available.
