This traditional restaurant based in Cheddar, Somerset is looking for a Bar Manager to join their team. The Bar Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost effective running of the bar and its staff. You will be required to ensure that all areas of the premises are maintained and operated to company standards, recruitment of bar staff, carry out all new staff inductions and conduct staff training. My client is looking for a Bar Manager who has strong stock management and administration skills. The Bar Manager will also deputise for the Restaurant Manager in his/hers absence ensuring all customers receive good customer service. Our client is offering a salary of £16,000 to £18,000 per annum dependant on experience. You will be required to work 5 days from 7 to include some evening and weekend work.
