A stunning hotel near Exeter is looking for a Chef De Partie to join their existing brigade. As Chef De Partie you will support the Head and Sous chefs in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen operation, this will include stock control and ordering, menu planning, health and hygiene, supervising junior members of staff and varied cooking styles from short order to fine dining and banqueting work. As Chef De Partie you will receive an hourly wage between £7.00 - £7.50 per hour dependant upon experience as well as tips, meals on duty and live in accommodation is available at a weekly charge of £40.00.
