A Chef De Partie is required to join a fantastic venue near Ashburton in Devon initially for the summer season but with a great possibility of becoming a permanent member of the kitchen team. Your duties will include supporting the Head and Executive Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen operation including stock control and ordering, menu planning, health and safety and COSHH. You will be working in a cafe bar as well as some conference and banqueting duties and also catering for resident guests.
