Chef de Partie (Pastry)
A newly restored, small, exclusive, hotel and restaurant set in the middle of a medieval village is looking for a Chef de Partie (Pastry), to join its team. With six luxurious bedrooms, a function room, cellar bar and an open kitchen leading into the Brasserie, this establishment serves a modern British menu with emphasis on using fresh local produce. As Chef de Partie (Pastry) you will be expected to work with the brigade, whilst maintaining a hygienic environment. This position offers meals on Duty if on a long shift and hours based on split shifts and in the region of 45 hours per week
