Chef de Partie
A fantastic Chef De Partie opportunity has become available at a luxury hotel in Torquay. As Chef De Partie you will support the Head chef and sous chef in all aspects of the running of the kitchen including menu planning, stock control and ordering, staff training and supervision, health and safety and the overall running of a section within the kitchen brigade. As Chef De Partie you will have previous experience preferably within a 4* environment. You will be a positive and professional chef who is looking to further themselves and their career whilst working in a highly skilled brigade. You will support the senior chefs and be responsible for junior members of the kitchen team. Salary up to £17,000 depending upon experience 5 days out of 7 Mixed shifts Meals on Duty Tips Uniform Free use of the leisure facilities Reduced rates at other hotels within the company
