Paramount Personnel is currently looking for an experienced/confident Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at this stunning castle in Scotland.
This highly regarded employer is seeking a Junior Sous Chef join their already fantastically skilled team of Chefs in their busy growing kitchen. The successful applicant will preferably have similar hotel experience, a strong passion for cooking and a great working attitude.
The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing locally sourced fresh produce to a 2/3 AA rosette standard, monitoring stock control and waste management, ability to work in a high pressure environment whilst maintaining accuracy and a high level of attention to detail, completing duties as instructed by the Sous/Head Chef, to ensure food safety regulations are adhered to at all times and to ensure service is efficient and delivered as per the company standard.
In return, this prestigious hotel will be offering an immediate start, mixed shifts, a salary of £26,500 depending on experience, fantastic career progression, uniform provided plus other benefits.
