Junior Sous Chef – Rosettes – near Cirencester – up to 26k - great location
Paramount personnel are looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef for an award winning Restaurant within the Cotswolds.
Nestled in the gorgeous Cotswolds this stunning hotel is now looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef with a genuine passion for food. The main duties of the Junior Sous Chef position will consist of day-to-day management of the kitchen brigade, ordering and upholding hygiene standards and adhering to COSHH and HACCP.
You will be able to contribute to menu planning, menu progression and staff training and grow existing standards of this Rosette awarded restaurant. Cooking at a 2 Rosette standard previously is a pre-requisite; you will also be a confident leader and quick thinker.
Live in is subject to availability, if local own transport will be of an advantage. The salary for this role has been advertised in the region of £25,000 - £26,000 depending upon experience.
