Sous Chef - 30k – Devon – 3AA Rosette
Paramount Personnel are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for a stunning restaurant in Devon. The person that takes on this role will have at least 2-3 years experience in a 3AA Rosette environment and will be passionate about food and producing exceptional dishes. Yopu may be a Senior Chef de Partie looking to grow and develkop as a more Senior Chef. This is an amazing opportunity for an extremely passionate chef who wants to develop themselves further.
The Sous Chef will receive an annual salary in the region of £25,000 - £30,000.
The Sous Chef will be given assistence in sourcing accommodation in the local area. The candidate that takes on this role will be responsible for stock control and ordering, menu planning, staff training and progression, COSHH and ensuring that the highest possible levels of service are achieved at all times.
