Recruitment Consultant – Mid Devon – Great basic and commission

Here at Paramount Personnel we are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to operate in either the Construction, Hospitality & Industrial sectors. You must have a proven record of billing, be successful and have a desire to keep pushing forward.

Benefitting from working with an established and well known company this is a unique opportunity to take this area of the market to the next level with Paramount Personnel.

You’ll need to have experience of recruiting within the above sectors to be considered for this role. You’ll also need to live within commutable distance of our Mid Devon office.

You’ll be competent in the following activities:

  • You must be a real 'people person' and enjoy communicating with your candidates & clients both over the telephone and face-to-face
  • Excellent at time management with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb administration and record keeping skills
  • A strong and tenacious personality and the ability to thrive in a targeted sales environment.
  • Effective sales calls to decision makers
  • Taking on detailed job specs from clients
  • Networking within organisations
  • Winning new business
  • Servicing existing clients
  • Re-activating lapsed users
  • Capturing targeted sales information
  • The search and selection of high calibre candidates
  • Matching candidates to roles
  • Delivering a great service to clients
