Paramount Personnel are looking for an experienced fine dining, Sous Chef to join a highly reputable restaurant with a relaxed yet high quality food offer situated on the beautiful coast of Lyme Regis, Dorset. This well-established employer are looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join their fast growing kitchen team, the ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cooking, dedication and a great working attitude.
The Sous Chef will be required to assist with the running of the busy kitchen, to lead and supervise an expert team of Chefs and kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef, to cook and prepare locally sourced fresh produce, menu planning, food ordering, waste management, to ensure food safety legislations and company regulations are adhered to at all times and ensuring service is efficient and delivered in a timely manner.
In return this highly regarded restaurant will be offering a full time permanent contract, immediate start, a competitive salary in the region of £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, split shifts, career progression, 28 days annual leave, share of staff tips on a monthly basis, meals on duty, statutory sick pay, optional inclusion in a pension scheme and a fantastic opportunity to work for a company with outstanding customer care, employee investment and personal development. Live in accommodation is available at a weekly charge of £52.85.
