Assistant Restaurant Manager – Hotel - £27,000
Paramount Personnel are urgently seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for this Michelin Star Restaurant. Guests expect a culinary experience focusing on seasonality. With daily changing menus bursting with dishes of unique flavour combinations and ingredients, the guests can dine intimately or privately.
The Assistant Restaurant Manger must be currently working at a minimum of Supervisor level, preferably at a Rosette awarded restaurant. You will manage a team of F & B Assistants and Supervisors, and will ensure staff are trained, are up to date on menu offerings and are health and safety aware.
You will first and foremost, have a passion for food, customer service and hospitality, you will have some wine knowledge, will be hard-working and will want to succeed as a key part of this well established team.
