Our client is looking for a Depot Administrator to join their Operations Team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Area Manager and providing general office, finance and administrative support to the maintenance team.
This role is expected to last until the end of next Summer and although a temporary role it could be longer or shorter and is for an immediate start date. The location is on a bus route although due to bus times own transport would be an advantage. Administration duties will include daily online management of operatives’ data in their finance system, leave and training records, scanning weekly timesheets, letters, reports and other correspondence, minute taking, filing and other general office duties.
