Paramount Personnel are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join a luxury Hotel in North Cornwall. This highly regarded employer is looking for an outstanding Chef de Partie to join their already fantastically skilled team of Chefs in their busy kitchens. The Chef de Partie must have similar hotel experience, a strong passion for cooking and a great working attitude.
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking locally sourced fresh produce including a variety of seasonal dishes and seafood, to run a designated section, stock control and waste management, to oversee junior members of the brigade and to ensure service is continually efficient and delivered in a timely manner. You must be able to make hollandaise sauce, a variety of fresh breads, fresh stocks, whole fish prep and an intermediate level of butchery. There are two restaurants on site: one 2 Rosette and one more informal which is all day dining.
