Reservations Co-ordinator –Luxury Hotel – near Plymouth Devon
Paramount Personnel are recruiting a Reservations Co-ordinator for a Luxury Hotel in Devon.
As a first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for creating an outstanding first impression to guests and non-residents. You’ll deal with all phone calls in a professional manner, ensuring everyone, whether they are families, couples or business guests get the experience they are looking for.
You will be responsible for maximisation of revenue through effective management of room rates, bedroom inventory, restaurant and lounge reservations and the professional and smooth administration of the small, friendly and professional reservations department.
The key aim will be maximize room sales and associated revenue, whilst providing all departments with relevant guest information and thereby ensuring the highest level of Customer Service to our Clients.
You’ll have good organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, working effectively with other departments to ensure all guests' requests are catered for. Grammar, spelling and IT skills are essential (particularly with Microsoft Word.)
