We currently have a full time, permanent opportunity for a strong, confident and experienced Pastry chef to assist with the management of a highly regarded kitchen delivering Rosette standard dishes with a young, energetic and dynamic brigade of Chefs.
The successful Pastry chef will have a background in delivering high quality patisserie, planning menu’s and creating new dishes, and when successful join a brigade of talented and passionate chefs who create stunning dishes, using only local fresh ingredients.
We are looking for a Pastry Chef that takes pride in his/her work and who will have previous experience working within a similar property, preferably with food of a 1 AA or 2 AA Rosette standards. You will have a real passion for creating superb dishes and will be looking to for a position which allows you to develop your culinary flair.
Working experience of producing high quality, desserts, breads, and pastries, patisserie, ice creams, and sweet garnishes is essential. This is a brilliant opportunity to showcase your skills and push your career further, with a supportive company and a strong team around you.
Your own transport will be essential due to rural location.
