Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a superb restaurant in Chard. The successful Chef will join a high flying and focused team of chefs, and will be looking to develop and perfect your culinary skills.
The Chef's responsibilities will include:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Managing and training any Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis working with you
Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
The restaurant serves high quality Modern British food using very local produce. They are now seeking talented and enthusiastic personable professional for an immediate start. You must have a proven background in a professional kitchen and will be looking to step into the management of your very own section.
