Sous Chef - Up to £28,000 - Near Penzance - Gastro Pub
Paramount Personnel are recruiting a Sous Chef for a busy seaside Gastro pub serving a varied classic menu.
The successful Sous Chef will have solid experience of working in a Gastro Pub/Restaurant environment. You will, at times be dealing with high volumes cooking to a strong level of Gastro Pub style dining. This is an opportunity to feel the adrenaline of service rush, whilst maintaining an opportunity to refine your skills during quieter times.
The Sous Chef that takes on this role will have previously been a Junior Sous and will be responsible for stock control and ordering, menu planning, staff training and progression, HACCP, COSHH and ensuring that the highest possible levels of service are achieved at all times. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a forward thinking and vibrant brigade.
The Sous Chef will need be a local or relocating as there is no accommodation available.
