Head Sommelier - £32,000 – Hotel - Pembrokeshire
We are looking for a truly inspired Sommelier to head a team of Sommeliers. As Head Sommelier you will need to be a confident customer focussed individual who delivers exceptional service to the guests.
The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about all thing’s food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sommelier looking for an opportunity within an award winning, critically acclaimed group.
The role offers a great deal of opportunity to develop and maintain a great wine list. The successful candidate will need to have a proactive motivated attitude; bringing with them a strong desire to learn, develop and inspire the Sommeliers and other team members around them.
Candidates ideally would have completed significant recognised studies in wine and spirits; Candidates who are WSET certificated educators are highly desirable.
You will receive encouragement for competitions and will be supported toward further training.
