The role of Restaurant Manager is to oversee the smooth running of the hotels 1AA Rosette restaurant. You will take responsibility for the restaurant team, coaching and leading them to achieve the restaurants outstanding levels of 4/5 star service. Skilled in and passionate about, fine dining you will be able to deliver an exceptional guest.

Full time position 5 out of 7 days. Must have experience in similar position and fine dining environment. In return this award winning hotel is offering a salary package of up to £27,500 plus tips. Also on offer is an extensive range of company benefits and development opportunities
