Front of House / Reception Manager – Hotel – Plymouth - Up to £27,000
Paramount Personnel are seeking a front of house manager for this superb hotel in Plymouth
As our Front of House Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operation and management of the reception team and be part of the Duty Manager rota. You will be passionate, welcoming and lead from the front to ensure the guests receive a genuine 5* experience on every stay.
We’re looking for someone who can act as the first point of call, dealing with any guest queries or complaints in a quick and effective manner. You will also encourage the achievement of set targets, training and goals, providing support and encouragement to your team.
You will also understand the importance of efficiently maintaining accounting aspects, taking responsibility for; banking, third party payment, sales ledgers & guest bills. You will be proactive with operational activities such as recruitment, training & development of new and current team members, performance reviews and designing Rota’s that ensure you consistently deliver a 5* service to every guest every time.
