Paramount Personnel are seeking a strong, confident and experienced Junior Sous/Second Chef to assist with the management of a highly regarded Gastro Pub delivering a high standard food within a small team.
The successful Junior Sous/Second chef will already have solid experience of working within a high standard brasserie or Gastro establishment. You will have experience of managing kitchens during the absence of the head chef, undertaking the kitchen management tasks such as, ordering, inventory, HACCP, food safety, and performance management with junior members of the brigade.
