Learn how to Journal – Make sense of your thoughts by writing them down
Journaling is more than just writing; it’s a powerful tool that improves mental clarity, reduces stress, boosts memory, and helps build self-awareness. Through expressive writing, you’ll learn to process your thoughts, understand yourself better, and create healthier habits for a calmer, more focused life.
Writing expressively helps us in so many ways. Not only will you feel better for writing your thoughts down, but you will also improve your immune system, your memory and it will help you make sense of why you think the way you do.
Benefits of Journaling
- You’ll Feel Better
- Lowers Stress Levels
- Improves Memory
- Grow Self-Awareness
- Learn From Your Mistakes
You’ll feel better because when you write about your thoughts, it helps you process them differently; it’s like talking to someone else about how you feel.
By writing in a Journal, you’ll lower stress levels because you’re not holding onto negativity, you’re releasing it. This is medically proven by the way.
Journaling improves your memory by making you recall your experiences, therefore reinforcing those memories and helping them stick. And when you write about your experiences, you learn from your mistakes, and you also grow your own self-awareness about who you REALLY are.

Men’s Wellbeing and Resilience Course
This course provides practical tools and strategies to help men navigate stress, build resilience and develop better coping mechanisms for their daily lives and future goals.
‘I need to be a bit more resilient’ feels like a phrase that men shouldn’t say these days, but we all need resilience in our lives. Life will often throw us curve balls which we simply won’t be able to cope with, without a certain level of resilience. It’s not a bad word; it’s a necessary skill to help us navigate life’s ups and downs.
As for Wellbeing, that’s a word that’s rarely used by men. “My wellbeing just isn’t good right now”. When was the last time you heard a man say that down the pub, or in the rugby changing rooms. But again, looking after yourself shouldn’t be frowned upon. After all, we understand the need to eat properly and maintain a (reasonably) healthy lifestyle, but why do we not think that being mentally strong is any less important?
This course will give you the life skills to help you maintain a good mix of Resilience & Wellbeing that everybody needs, allowing you to go on and be the best version of yourself, once again.
