Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with its client, an award winning restaurant in the Padstow area.

As a talented and experienced Bar Supervisor, you’ll be the bridge between senior management and front line staff/operations. As a Bar Supervisor, you will ideally have 3+ years recent experience working in a similar fast paced environment, with a passion for delivering the highest of customer service.

Bar Supervisor responsibilities to include;

• Supervising daily operations, ensuring the team is motivated and ensuring a seamless service.
• Maintain high standards for drink preparation and cleanliness.
• Mentor junior staff and help improve hospitality skills.
• Assist with stock management, opening/closing procedures and H+S compliance.

Working in a fast paced environment, as bar supervisor, you will have the ability to perform well under pressure whilst having a solid understanding of craft beers, wines and spirits.
