Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with our client, an award winning Hotel in the Scottish Highlands, close to the beautiful area of the Cairngorms.
As a Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will be working closely with the rest of the breakfast brigade, alongside the Head Breakfast Chef, to deliver an outstanding breakfast to exceptional standards. As a breakfast chef de partie, you will play a key role in supporting the entire breakfast team, preparing for service and managing your own section.
Breakfast Chef de Partie responsibilities to include;
- Managing the day-to-day operation of your allocated section.
- Ensure all dishes meet the exceptional standards.
- Assisting other sections of breakfast sections, as required.
- Uphold excellent hygiene, stock control and food safety standards.
