Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working with our client, a luxury Hotel in the Newquay area.

Working directly under the Head Chef, you will be responsible for running service during busy breakfast service. The successful breakfast chef will ideally come from a previous Hotel setting, whilst having a passion for delivering a memorable breakfast service experience. The successful candidate will have experience working alone, and be a reliable, energetic and skilled breakfast chef.

Breakfast Chef responsibilities to include;

• Prepare and cook a high quality breakfast menu.
• Work with the restaurant team, to ensure the breakfast station is fully stocked, prepped and ready for service.
• Keep the kitchen exceptionally clean, organised and compliant with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering fresh local ingredients.
• Ability to handle high-volume morning rushes, whilst maintaining excellent food presentation.
