 Salary £49,000 to £52,000 depending on experience

We have been given this role exclusively by our client to find them an exceptional permanent employee for this important role.

The company is a national Traffic Management contractor that is really making a name for itself in a tough industry for honest delivery of their services.

You will be responsible for a number of TM operatives  as well as daily/weekly scheduling of labour, driving productivity both in and out of the depot as well as other operational duties.

It is expected that you will have the ability to successfully lead and manage an operational team.

As Depot Manager you must meet the following requirements:-

• Delivery and customer service focused
• Have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing demands in a pressurised delivery environment
• Be organised with good attention to detail
• Have the ability to solve any problems as they arise.

This is a career role and not just a job.  It is also expected that you can demonstrate personal drive for continuous improvement.

You will need to have previous experience in a similar role with an exceptional understanding of Traffic Management policy and procedure as well as Health and Safety.
