Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working with an award winning Hotel, set in the beautiful surroundings just outside of Falmouth, Cornwall.

Working as a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor, you will be working within the maintenance team to keep facilities in an impeccable condition. You will also be responsible for leading the team, working alongside the Maintenance Manager and General Manager, keeping all Hotel facilities in full working order and ensuring guests enjoy a safe and comfortable environment.

Hotel Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities to include;

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, grounds and plant rooms.
• Train, schedule and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Oversee and assist with general repairs, basic plumbing, HVAC maintenance and carpentry.
• Execute and maintain our ongoing preventive maintenance program to prevent costly donwtime.
• Ensure the property complies with local health, safety, fire and building regulations.
• Track inventory, order tools and materials and help manage the departments operational budget.
