Our client are seeking a dedicated and ambitious restaurant supervisor, to work closely with the Restaurant Manager, for a luxury Hotel in the Kingsbridge. The successful restaurant supervisor will ideally have at least 2 years experience in a similar supervisor position, from a hospitality background.

The successful restaurant supervisor will be a critical part within the restaurant team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining high standards, training new staff and supervising the day-to-day duties of the restaurant. The successful restaurant supervisor will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and have the ability to work well under pressure as part of a cohesive team.

The main restaurant supervisor responsibilities will include;

• Assistant the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Managing the smooth running of the restaurant in the managers absence.
• Training new employees and enhancing the skills of existing staff.
• Overseeing staff rotas and ensuring adequate coverage.
• Managing table plans, taking orders and overseeing smooth operations.
