Job description:
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Newton Abbot
Our clients are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with them one day a week on a temporary basis in and around the Newton Abbot area. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you would be responsible for:-
Primarily – the maintenance of cost forecasts for the A382 MRN project
Secondary – other project QS duties to provide cover for the commercial team when necessary.
Essential experience:
- NEC4 ECC main Options B and C
- Method of Measure for Highway Works
- Confident in interpreting construction phase programmes and applying them for forecasting purposes.
- Detailed and robust cost forecasting of all cost types: subcontractor, people, equipment, materials.
Hours of Work:
One day per week from 8.00 a.m. to 16.30 p.m.
Pay: £400 per day
