Tractor Driver – £14 Per Hour – Exeter, Devon

Our well-known client is seeking several Tractor Drivers to undertake grass cutting, flail work, verge ploughing, and other tasks. You will be expected to be able to operate a modern tractor to perform varied tasks, including grass cutting, hedge cutting, some verge ploughing, and muck away.

This role is a Temp to Perm position for the right candidate.

Skills & Qualification

• Experienced Tractor driver
• Previous highways experience essential
• Experience in Hedge Trimming and Verge cutting
• CSCS/CPCS/Lantra Card would be preferred
• Nporse Certificate preferable
• Driving License

The successful candidate must be a good communicator, able to work alone and be able to use their own initiative, have tractor driving experience, be able to read plans, and have a flexible approach to work patterns, as work may be required at night and early mornings.

Rate of Pay:

• £14 per hour
• Time and half after 8 hours
• Day/Night shifts available – with enhancement of night pay.
• These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from.
• Accrued Holiday Pay from day one.
• Pension contributions (after a qualifying period).
• Weekly Pay.
• No Umbrella payments or fees.
• Only Tax and National Insurance deductions will be shown on your payslip.
