Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Head Chef, to join its dynamic team near Exeter, Devon. As an experienced Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, whilst overseeing menu development, staff management and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are exceeded across the board.
Head Chef responsibilities will include;
- Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect both seasonal ingredients and the highest of quality.
- Manage and mentor a team of talented chefs.
- Overseeing all food purchasing and inventory control.

Ensuring all legislation is currently followed, including all food/health and safety regulations.
Working for an extremely well recognised establishment, with an incredible reputation, it is important the successful Head Chef has certain characteristics to prove a success.

Proven experience of leading a team of chefs, within a luxury Hotel setting, at Head Chef/Sous Chef level.

Excellent leadership and management characteristics.

Be able to work to deadlines, and manage the team to tight deadlines, whilst working under pressure.

Strong culinary skills and a natural passion for food.
