Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a luxury Hotel, in the Braemar area of Scotland. Our client are seeking a Hotel Reservationist who understands the importance of impeccable customer service, and ensuring a seamless Hotel guest experience throughout. The successful Hotel Reservationist will ideally have experience working to Forbes/LQA standards.

As a Hotel Reservationist, you will be acting as the first point of contact for all Hotel daily operations, from managing Hotel reservations, maximising guest capacity, capitalising on revenue opportunities and ensuring every guest receives a 5* process throughout.

Hotel Reservationist responsibilities;

• Manage all incoming enquiries via telephone, email and booking platforms.
• Optimise table/room configurations to ensure maximum occupancy without compromising service quality.
• Handle special requests, dietary requirements and celebrations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous experience with Opera Cloud booking platforms.
